WOOT! Back after one week

Have not been blogging for one week!

But it is a week of outing and more outings! haha... have not been going out for outing as a CG for very long time! truely enjoyed myself for the whole of this week!

Monday: SENTOSA
have lots of fun!! but the sad thing is that, there is no sun. but the weather is really very pleasing for slacking and chilling around! if want to know more about the sentosa outing, Elyn's blog do have a post on it and there are loads of pictures for viewing! http://www.thisiselyn.blogspot.com/

Tuesday: Swimming Outing
woke up early (10am is consider eary for me) and meet up Bernard and Ben for a swim!! i just love the sun more and more and just wanna get a really good tan! i want to change image since i got my short hair now!
ps: many people got a shock after seeing my new look! i simpy love that feeling! =]

Wednesday: Outing to Town
Have a full day outing in town with Nicholas, Elgin, Siok, Fish, Alicia, Jasmine!!
have a great great time with them and it is really very enjoying to "mai tong xi, chi tong xi" (buy and eat things). i bough a specs that i like it alot and i have been wearing it!! =]

Thursday: Sean Hair Cutting Hair Day
company Sean for a hair cut around my house area as Gataomo is too ex for non-student. after cutting hair, went to church to hang around as i have not been in church for some time due to the 'chionging of work' for assessment! when got into church, many church peeps cannot recongnise me and thought that i am a new friend! it is so so funny! Even Pastors got a shock too i guess... and i think the sudden change of my outlook do let a lot of people in church have that "is that KoonYew" reaction. but some like it and some don't. but well. i like it very much!

after all that... had a BV combination test... and i am now only in 2 worship team! Phenomena and Elevate! Wei Hong and Sabrina is now in 41st Day and hope they will be able to grow in 41st and learn as much as possibe! =]

YA!!! CHARLESTON BOUGHT ME A WATER BOTTLE!! HOORAY! =] (shall upload the picture soon!)

Friday: Swimming with Benard and CG!
meet Nard at 11am for a swim and TANNING again! haha.. told u i am ino tanning now! after that head down to church to prac with Genghis the songs we going to do for CG! fingers are really in deep pain as i have not been playing my guitar for very very long time! haha.. during CG, i can really feel the presence of God while playing the guitar... tears almost rolled out from my eyes and it have been a very long time since i feel the presence of God in CG meeting. so i guess.. it is a good progress! =]

Saturday: Stay Home Room Cleaning Day
yup... just by reading the header you should know i stayed home the whole day to clean my room! it was in big mess after all my assessment as all the books, paper for drawing and etc... are all lying around in my room! (thou i say it is messy, it is still cleaner than many other people's room) so i finally packed them all up and i am very please and it is truely very very comfortable!! (shoud take pic of my room and uload it soon) BtW... I KILLED A MOSQITOES THAT HAVE BEEN SUCKING MY BLOOD!

after cleaning... eat dinner... HOME COOK FOOD!! HOORAY!

that is about it for this post... sunday have to wake up early for lunch with Charleston than have my PME with Yassy and Yong! =]

HAIRCUT

had a haircut today! super duperly short! but kinda like it!

people in the salon gave comment like... "you very bold, made such a big change". and my mum say... "ni zong le she me da ji"...

through the people's comments, you should know that it is really a very big change withmy hair! =] alright, end here!

SATURDAY

woke up at about 12... prepare myself and went down to a temple.. before u mistaken anything.. i went there for my uncle's death 100th days memorial concert. it is those "ge tai". yes, my uncle is one of the famous emcees and too bad, he had passed away and i do miss him somehow.

spent some time there fellowshipping with my cousins and after that went down to church!!

ITS C3 BAND TODAY! i think it is so cool to have them here with us for our weekend service!! they are just so cool! i love ang mos! haha =] amazingly, we had an hour of praise and worship and yes.. time just flies when come to praise and worship... i think we can go on and on.. =]

after the praise and worship, Pastor How came up and continue preaching the "Real Man" series! today Pastor talks about having vision as vision is the things that keep a man progressing! and when a man have a vision, God's proVISION will come!

whenit come to vision, it does not mean the car we want to buy or the condominium that we want to buy... all this is not vision but ambition, thou it is good as God will sure want to prosper His child. the different with 'Vision' and 'Ambition' is that... ambition is all about self whereas a vision is different. it is to help people around us (main objective) and at the sametime we will be able to benefit in the process.

How cool can that be right? =] i think so too!

after service, went for dinner with CG and went down to the 'Ge Tai' again. after the 'Ge Tai', took a cab back with brother and thats it for my day today! =]

side track abit... MONDAY WE WILL BE GOING SENTOSA!!!! =] gonna get a tan man. =]

swim Swim SWIM

today after setting up my works in school, went for breakfast with some of my classmate and than headed home straight after that. when alighted from bus... the sun is calling out to me and there is sudden urge to go for a tan!!

rush back home, change up and went Guardian to buy tanning oil! it cost me 12 bucks!! hopefully it does last as the previous tanning oil is no where to be found at home.

i tanned for an hour and jump into the pool for a swim!! i broke my own record and its only till today that i realise actually i can swim!!! as in swim continueously without really stopping! Normally the most i swim is only about 4 times the breath of the medium pool... but today... guess how many times i swim?? 10? 20? NO!! IT'S 50 TIMES!!!!!! i am so pround of myself! haha... i can still go on but i choose to stop... if not the nx time i am going to swim, i will have a hard time to catch up and break that record! i swam for about 45 min continueously!! CELEBRATE!!!! =]

have been swimming for the last 3 days and the 1st 2 days is to take a brea from all the stressful nights and day chionging my major! it is really so relaxing just to be abe to submerge in a pool of water! i like swimming!

i want to become... "YANG GUANG NAN HAI" *smiles*

BTW... i am still a student in Lasalle! =]

the first few works are for my drawing projects!! haha... every works here have been rush out, so the quality of work had been compromise! But... enjoy!

With reference to fee reminder letters sent by Finance Division, the college has noted that your course fees remained outstanding as at 17th November 2008.

with regret, this is to inform you that due to outstanding fees your student status has been withdrawn with immediate effect, that is, you are no longer a student of LASALLE College of the Arts. Any submission/completion of your work/assessment will not be graded. Any attempt to submit work will not be recieved nor will you be allowed to attempt subsequent assessments/examinations, if any. You will also not recieve any grades or progress report for any work you have completed in this semester. .........

Feeling super sian now! But well... still gonna finish it and go and find out more from school in the morning! =[

WOOT!! A BIG RELIEVE!!

finished my painting and up next wil be all the drawing, sketches and all the research!!!! ANYONE WANNA HELP ME RESEARCH?? i am desprate for that help! =]

hopefully i will upload pictures of my paintings soon! haha.. maybe after friday! i just need proper sleep at proper timing! have been sleeping at 7 plus AM!! =] cannot wait for holiday and i will pray that this time round i will be able to be promoted!! STRIKE IT!!

i am siting at a corner in church with some of my CG mate! (near to the cafe side)

was not really doing much things right now, that is why i am able to blog! haha... at the rate i am going (blogging everyday) i think i will be able to reach my 50th post very very soon! haha =]

Today service is great! it had been quite some time that i am able to sit in service and just recieve from the pupit! when Pastor is preaching, i am able to think through what is preached and really pay attention to it! Pastor How preached about real man and what it takes to be a real man! how cool can that be! the bible is just simply amazing when things and sense start to pop out to you (revelation).

OH YA! the title of my blog is STRIKE IT! ther must be a reason! it's my church big day!! everyone are suppose to wear their jersey to church! even Pastor preached in his Arsenal Jersey! where on earth can you find a pastor preaching in their jersey right? in Heart of God there is!! haha =]

after service, there is a street soccer court been set up for a friendly competition going on and the winner will walk away with $150.00 addidas voucture and the 1st runner up will walk away with $100.00 addidas voucture! There will be more event coming up!! cannot wait for it to come!

Orchad with Mummy

Today nothing much... after mummy came home from work, after dinner, we went down to town to walk around! it have been such a long time since we last walk around. Mummy is always busy with work in order to uphold the family and hardly have time for herself.

when ever i look at mummy, there is always a part of me that feel really sad. "why can't i have a well-to-do family so as that my mummy did not have to work so hard?" but apart from being sad for mummy, there is another part of me that when i grow older and am successful, i want to give my mummy a better life! i want her to wear better clothes, eat better food and have more personal time to enjoy life. i want to bring mummy around to different countries and do things she never done before!

With my own strength, i know i am not able to do it. but with God, i believe that God is gonna place opportunities in my life to prosper in the near future!

Something realy powerful i encountered during the friday service with Pastor Kong! when nearing the end of the service, Pastor Kong ask the church to write down what we want to see in the 5 areas of our life and lift it up to God. after that wrap our offering with that piece of paper and put it into the offering envelope.

While lifting up that piece of paper up to God... I clearly see a vision and i believed it's from God! i saw lots of holes on a ground and there is a river of water flowing through that ground and filled up all the holes with water. i know God is saying that He will be able to provide and filled up all holes in my life. at that moment, i just have that assurence that everything is gonna be alright!

God, if you are able to see this post, i wanna thank You for blessing me! Thou there is a reason why You put me in my current state, i am gonna trust You! i know You will bring me to a place You want me to be, bring me through my studies and be alongside with me when i am facing the moutains in my life. Thank You God!

KL Trip

Had a trip to KL in September and only till now than have the chance to blog about it! Have a great time there with Pastor How and the team! the highlight of the trip other than the Services in CHC KL, is THE FOOD!!! Can you imagine gaining 4kg just in a 3 days trip? the food must be real GOOD!

i am still thinking of the BEST NASI LEMAK after 2 months! if i got the chance to go KL again, the Nasi Lemak is a MUST EAT!! =]

BTW... Fabian is in JAPAN!! how i wish i can have the chance to go JAPAN!!!! i know i will go there one day! =]

HOMEWORK!!

Have been doing drawing projects the whole of this week and after this will be another major assessment! that will determine whether i will be promoted to semester 2 or not! pray hard and keep my fingers cross!!

hopefully through all those works that i did do show effort and potential for me to be promoted!! Really wanna graduate from school fast! did not want to stay at this stage any longer thou after this will be army!

I sould start imagining myself attending the graduation ceremony!

High School Musical 3

Organised a BV outing and if you are wondering what is BV.. its back-up vocalist! Yes we sings~!

Went to cathay @ Dhoby to watch HSM3 with all the BVs on Sunday! i had a great time just watching the movie and doing my own dance steps in my little space available! it look stupid, but... WHO CARES~! haha

it's like so cool if there is really a school that sing and dance like this in real world... i know its impossible... but well just fantasizing, its good to dream thou! how nice if i am part of them dancing and singing... CRAZY THOUGHTS~!

After the Movie, went to church to do a good sound check for all our voices and cannot join the rest of the BV for the shopping trip, disappointed but well, guess if want to be part of a good team, i just have to sacrifice.

Have our worship prac till like 1am to 2am and headed home after that with Dexter~!
